Saffron and Rose Water Lemonade

ingredients are available at Tehran Station.
INGREDIENTS:
  • 500ml Water
  • 200g Brown sugar 
  • 2tsp TS brewed Saffron 
  • 4tsp Rose Water
  • 1 Freshly squeezed lemon Juice 

INSTRUCTION

  • Pour 500ml of water into a pan. Boil the water on the stove adding the brown sugar. In a separate cup, add a pinch of Saffron and brew it with 2tsp of boiling water. 
  • Add in the brewed Saffron and Rose Water to the pan. Give it a good stir and turn the heat off. Once the mixture cooled down add your lemon juice. Serve with lots of ice and some rose petals on top.
